Prolific 30-year-old California garage rock singer-songwriter Ty Segall released his 10th studio album, “Freedom’s Goblin,” on Jan. 26. The album boasts a daunting 19 tracks, all of which are unique in their own ways. It’s also noteworthy that Segall shows no regard for the industry-standard song length of just over three minutes.
